DINNER WITH STEPHANIE ALEXANDER
Tuesday 4 April | 6:30pm
We are so, so thrilled to be able to invite you to break bread with everybody’s cooking crush: Stephanie Alexander. Need we say more?
Together with our friends at Books for Cooks, on Tuesday 4 April we’ll be celebrating Stephanie’s new book Kitchen Garden Companion: Cooking as well as recent release The Cook’s Table.
Join us for a shared three-course feast of recipes from The Cook’s Table, lovingly cooked up by Wilko and the team. Tickets are $95 per person (including matched Fowles Wine tipples) and they are on sale now.
Drawing on her decades of experience, in The Cook’s Table Stephanie shares her top 25 dinner party menus including meticulous prep timetables for the home cook. Every dish is seasonally-focused, respecting traditional methods and flavours while being distinctly modern.
“Sharing food experiences has always made me happier than anything else… I like to imagine that this book will lead to many wonderful parties around a table.”
